From small to the very largest pressure receptacles including, Drums, Tubes and Multi Element Gas Containers, we provide a full and flexible service. JK North West The North West operation has a large storage area and specialises in drums, special gas cylinders, large tubes/trailers and welded steel cylinders. Facilities include:

Large cylinder shot blasting and painting

Gas scrubbing and purging

Cylinder bundle assembly

Filling of special products

Welded steel cylinder examination and testing

High pressure cylinder examination and testing

Cylinder Waiting Inspection The Nottingham operation specialises in food, medical, life support and industrial gas cylinders. Facilities include:

Large and small cylinder retest flow line

High capacity CO2 and CO2/N2 filling plant

Volumetric hydraulic testing

Powder coating facility

Technical and training centre

Valve repair

Composite testing facility

Work performed at both sites is within our ISO/IEC 17020 (EN 45004) accredited quality system to ensure full compliance with UK and European legislation.
